There's a discussion happening on Twitter, as to whether using Twitter, Facebook or other social media platforms during a concert or play is appropriate. Erin Keane examines the discussion locally on her blog, and we sat down to discuss the pros and cons, and came up with some ideas that any arts organization could try.
