The Louisville Orchestra returned to the Brown Theatre on May 14 to close out the 2010-11 season. A cool and wet evening did not deter the enthusiastic, sell-out audience from attending to hear Respighi's Fountains of Rome, the Grieg Piano Concerto in A Minor (featuring Dror Biran), and Brahms' Symphony No. 2
Scott Dowd hosted the pre-concert conversation with Maestro Jorge Mester, as usual. Listen in below for insights into the works on the program.
