Classical 90.5's Classical Live series ends tonight at 8 with Kent Nagano (picture) conducting the Montreal Symphony Orchestra. In a program called The Evolution of the Symphony, Nagano leads in works by Giovanni Gabrieli, Johann Sebastian Bach, Anton Webern, Igor Stravinsky and Ludwig van Beethoven. The New York Philharmonic will broadcast one hour later than usual at 10 pm.
