Sisters Amy and Sara Hamann made their debut as piano duo with the Twin Cities Youth Symphony, and have since performed with the Minnesota Orchestra, Columbus Symphony, Cedar Rapids Symphony Orchestra and on the Dame Myra Hess Memorial Concert Series. They've also been on Performance Today and Studio 360 (audio below). Our featured album this week is their new recording of the complete Piano Duos by Beethoven, recorded on a modern piano and on an instrument from Beethoven's time, provided by The Schubert Club.
